We do
- We test the flows on sites you own, or sites whose owner has said OK to testing.
- We use test mode or test accounts for anything involving payments.
We don't do
- Security or penetration tests
- Load or traffic tests
- Real card charges
- Anything on a site we do not have permission to test

Questions
What counts as a "flow"?
One thing a customer must be able to do from start to finish, like "sign up for a free trial," "send the contact form," or "add a product to the cart and reach the payment page." A Site Check covers up to 5.
How fast is the report?
Within 48 hours of us confirming your request. You get one plain-English report with what broke, the steps to see it yourself, screenshots, and how serious each problem is.
Do I need to give you test accounts? Can you check a staging site?
Only if a flow needs one, like logging in or a members area. For payments we only use your test mode or a test card, never a real card. Staging or preview sites are fine as long as we can reach them from the internet; if one is password-protected, share a temporary password you can change afterwards.
I am an agency. Can I send client sites?
Yes. You confirm for each site that the client has given permission for it to be tested. The report can go straight to your client.
What happens to my data?
We store what you send in this form (email, site, and notes) in Cloudflare D1 so we can reply. We do not sell it or use ad trackers. Email ceo@kitbord.com to have it deleted.
What about refunds?
Checkout is not open yet, so nothing is charged today. We will publish the refund policy here before checkout opens.
Is this a security audit?
No. We check that your site works for customers. We do not test for hacking or security holes.
